The U.S. National Science Foundation National Synthesis Center for Emergence in the Molecular and Cellular Sciences (NCEMS), in partnership with the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences (ICDS) at Penn State, is recruiting for three Staff Scientist positions in bioinformatics, applied statistics, and machine learning to support the Center.
Annual Summit
Fall 2027 (Exact Date TBA)
The fourth NCEMS Annual Summit will be announced! This event will bring together participants from around the world, including faculty, postdocs, graduate students, collaborative partner members, and representatives of data repositories. Together, we worked to identify the most pressing research challenges and opportunities for synthesis science over the next decade and helped set the research agenda for NCEMS moving forward.
